Ronnie Monroe
Ronnie was formally trained on the guitar for several years and is adaptable to any preferred playstyle, genre, age, or ability level from beginner to advanced. When not playing in a local group or ensemble, Ronnie enjoys spending time with his family. With over 18 years of experience in music and a Master’s Degree in Education, Ronnie is blessed to get to teach guitar, bass, mandolin, and ukulele at Monroe Music Academy.

Charli Nyberg
Charli began taking formal piano lessons at the age of seven and performed in countless recitals over the years. She participated annually in the Bob Jones University Music Festival, consistently earning Superior ratings. Charli would later serve as the accompanist for her high school chorus, gaining valuable ensemble and performance experience. Charli’s background blends classical training with a passion for helping others develop their own musical confidence and expression.

Jacob Whiteside
Jacob’s expertise in drum kit and percussion come from decades of formal training and experience in live performance. Jacob stays busy as a professional musician and works well with students of all ages and levels.

Zachary Kemp
With over a decade of guitar experience and a lifelong passion for music, Zachary offers relaxed, personalized lessons focused on helping students play songs they love early on to build confidence and enjoyment. Zachary’s approach emphasizes fun, progress, and adapting to each student’s interests while gradually introducing music theory, chords, and improvisation. Inspired by the sounds of the 60s and 70s rock era—from The Beatles to Hendrix—Zachary aims to share the joy and meaning music has brought to his own life, helping others discover their own creative voice through the guitar.
